Jeremy Cole
Principal
Jeremy Cole possesses over 23 years of experience in management consulting, operations, real estate, and technology-based solutions. In recent years, he has led teams responsible for the full life cycle of real estate development and operations. Since 2013, his focus has been on senior living, approaching the sector from both ground-up development and operational perspectives. As market dynamics have evolved, he has increasingly concentrated on value-add acquisitions and asset management.
During his tenure in senior living, Jeremy developed a unique perspective on balancing operational efficiency, equity partner interests, excellence, and financial performance. As the CEO of an operations platform, he oversaw the development and management of Class A private-pay senior housing communities. Subsequently, he transitioned into market analysis and operational feasibility, successfully developing three ground-up assets in Texas that experienced significant lease-up success. In 2024, he divested all legacy company interests. His philosophy emphasizes that success in senior living hinges on the strength of the team, particularly the Executive Director, and on fostering robust financial performance through effective operations.
Jeremy’s new ventures, Green Street Partners and Waterfront Capital, were launched to drive integrity-based collaborations, partners, and hospitality-based projects. Prior to these endeavors, he spent a decade with Accenture LLC, where he consulted for multinational corporations across several continents. During his tenure at Accenture, he worked closely with industry leaders including Marriott International, Starwood, UPS Airlines and its logistics divisions, Best Buy, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and CEVA Logistics.
In 2023, Jeremy earned a joint graduate degree from Harvard Business School and the Harvard School of Design. In 2000, he contributed to congressional, mayoral, and gubernatorial campaigns and administrations, and served during the second term of the Clinton White House under Vice President Al Gore and within the Second Lady of the United States Tipper Gore. Additionally, he holds a degree from the University of Kentucky Gatton Business School and a Real Estate Development Certification from Cornell University’s School of Hotel and Hospitality Administration.
